1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹1,499.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1,499.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Delivery time: 6-14 business days
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order anytime under the “My Orders” section of your account.
5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely deliveries across India.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct at the time of checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@g-leathers.com with your order ID and photos of the package. Our team will assist you promptly.
